1588837 B.C. Ltd. dba Grille Pros Canada — SHIPPING & CUSTOMS POLICY
Last Updated: May 17, 2026
Thank you for shopping with Grille Pros Canada. We specialize in the cross-border distribution and importation of premium ABS aftermarket automotive truck grilles. Because our inventory moves through international supply lines and customs terminals, we want to ensure complete transparency regarding our shipping timelines, border processing, and tracking protocols.
By completing a purchase on our store, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the logistical frameworks detailed below.
1. Order Processing & Fulfillment Windows
- Fulfillment Time: All standard, in-stock orders are processed, packaged, and handed off to our logistics couriers within 2 to 5 business days of order confirmation.
- High-Demand Drops: During peak seasonal periods or special product releases, processing windows may be extended to 5 to 7 business days.
- Business Days Only: Processing and dispatch operations run strictly Monday through Friday, excluding statutory Canadian and US federal holidays. You will receive an automated tracking notification email the moment your shipping label is generated.
2. Cross-Border Freight & Customs Clearance (Canada & USA)
Grille Pros Canada services truck enthusiasts across both Canada and the United States.
- Mandatory Border Inspections: Because our premium grilles cross international borders, all packages are subject to mandatory clearances by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
- Customs Holds: Customs agencies possess the legal authority to arbitrarily hold cargo for agricultural checks, security screenings, or paperwork audits. These regulatory holds are entirely outside the operational control of Grille Pros Canada and our primary couriers.
- Duties and Taxes: For US-bound orders, customers are responsible for any local state import taxes or brokerage processing fees applied at entry points, if applicable.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines vs. Guarantees
- Standard Transit Times: Once a package clears our regional fulfillment centers and border checks, standard transit times are generally 5 to 14 business days, depending on your proximity to major shipping hubs.
- No Delivery Guarantees: All shipping timelines displayed at checkout or via email are non-binding estimates. Grille Pros Canada does not offer guaranteed delivery dates. Logistics backlogs, extreme winter weather events across mountain passes, and carrier capacity strains can cause unexpected transit extensions.
- In-Transit Moratorium: A shipping delay does not constitute an unfulfilled order or a breach of our purchasing agreement. In accordance with Section 4 of our Terms of Service, we explicitly do not cancel, modify, or refund orders that are verified by carrier tracking to be actively moving through a courier network or clearing customs.
4. Tracking Anomalies & Lost Package Protocols
- Stuck Tracking Statuses: It is highly common for a package to show a status of "In Transit," "Arrived at Sort Facility," or "Cleared Customs" without updating for several consecutive days while it transitions between major regional freight hubs. This does not mean your package is lost.
- Formal Investigation Window: We will only classify a package as "Permanently Lost" if the tracking ledger fails to generate a fresh physical scan for more than 21 consecutive business days.
- Resolution Process: Once that 21-business-day window passes, Grille Pros Canada will immediately file an official cargo insurance claim with the carrier and issue you a choice of either a full monetary refund or an immediate priority replacement shipment.
5. Delivery Confirmation & Accuracy of Address Information
- Address Correctness: The Buyer bears absolute responsibility for providing a complete, error-free shipping address at checkout, including accurate unit numbers, buzzer codes, and postal/zip codes. Grille Pros Canada is not financially liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the user.
- Risk Transfer: Risk of loss and physical title transfer directly to the Buyer the exact minute the courier generates a final "Delivered" scan timestamp.
- High-Value Orders: To protect against transit fraud, Grille Pros Canada reserves the right to automatically upgrade high-value shipments (including order values near or exceeding $499.99) to require a physical Signature Upon Delivery. If a signature is required, the courier will not leave the parcel unattended on a porch or in a common area.
6. Intercepts and Refusal of Delivery
- No Intercepts: Once a truck grille has left our warehouse facility, we cannot execute package intercepts, reroutes, or return-to-sender commands with the carrier.
- Refused Shipments: If a customer explicitly refuses a delivery from the courier to force a cancellation, the package will eventually return to our facility. The customer will be held liable for all original freight costs, return carrier penalties, and the 20% restocking fee outlined in our Return and Refund Policy, which will be deducted from any final settlement.
