Shipping Policy

At Grille Pros Canada, we want your new grille to arrive quickly and safely. Here is how shipping works.

Free Shipping Across Canada

  • Every order ships free, with tracking, anywhere in Canada.
  • You will never be charged duties or brokerage fees at delivery.
  • We currently ship to addresses in Canada only.

Processing Times

  • Orders are usually processed within 2 to 5 business days, or 5 to 7 business days during busy periods.
  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays.
  • You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Times

  • Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5 to 14 business days, depending on where you live.
  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather and carrier delays are outside our control.
  • If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the date you placed it, you may cancel at any time before it is delivered, and we will refund you in full, with no cancellation fee, within 15 days.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows no movement for 21 consecutive business days, we will open a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.

Your Shipping Address

  • Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
  • Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect or intercept it.

Delivery and Signatures

  • For orders near or above $499.99, we may require a signature on delivery.
  • Once a package is marked delivered, it is your responsibility. If it is stolen after delivery, we cannot refund it, but we are happy to help you file a claim with the carrier.

Damaged in Shipping

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If it is damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the box (including the shipping label) and the damage, and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

Refused Deliveries

Refusing a delivery without contacting us first is treated as a return under our Returns and Cancellations policy.

Your Legal Rights

This policy is in addition to your rights under consumer protection law, including the laws of your province. Nothing in it limits those rights.
