Thank you for shopping with Grille Pros Canada. Because we specialize in the cross-border distribution and importation of premium ABS automotive truck grilles, our return parameters are strictly structured to manage international shipping logistics, customs processing, and inventory verification.
By purchasing from our storefront, you explicitly agree to the requirements, timelines, and financial fees outlined below.
1. The 30-Day Eligible Return Window
- Timeframe: We offer a 30-day return window commencing from the exact date and timestamp the delivery carrier registers the package as "Delivered" to your designated shipping destination.
- Forfeiture: Any return requests initiated on day thirty-one (31) or later MAY be automatically rejected.
2. Mandatory Product Condition Standards
To qualify for a refund, store credit, or exchange, the returned merchandise must meet strict inspection standards.
- Uninstalled Only: The truck grille must be entirely uninstalled, unmounted, and unused. We will not accept returns for any item that has been test-fitted, bolted, wired, modified, or altered in any physical capacity.
- Original Packaging: The product must be returned inside its original import shipping container, including all defensive internal foam, protective structural wraps, brackets, hardware packs, and lettering accessories.
- Inspection Failure: If a returned item arrives at our fulfillment facility showing signs of vehicle installation, scratches, broken clips, or missing components, the return will be voided. The item will either be shipped back to the buyer at their own expense or disposed of with no refund issued.
3. Return Freight, Shipping Costs, & Restocking Fees
- Customer Responsibility: Except in verified cases of internal fulfillment errors or confirmed transit defects, the Buyer assumes full financial responsibility for all return shipping costs, courier fees, and border brokerage charges.
- Standard Restocking Fee: All approved, buyer-remorse returns (including orders placed by mistake, incorrect style choices, or failure to verify vehicle trim compatibility) are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee is automatically deducted from your final refund settlement to recover import handling and warehouse processing costs.
- Original Shipping Deduction: Original outbound shipping fees paid at checkout are strictly non-refundable.
4. Shipping Damage, Defect, & Fitment Claims
- Immediate Reporting Window: The Buyer must physically inspect the ABS truck grille immediately upon delivery. Any claims for components damaged in transit, manufacturing defects, or critical fitment deviations must be reported to info@grillepros.ca within 48 hours of carrier delivery confirmation.

Required Evidence Portfolio: To open a damage or defect file, your email must include:
- High-resolution digital photographs of the outer shipping box showing the carrier label and any structural punctures or crushing.
- Clear close-up photographs of the damaged area or manufacturing variance on the grille.
- For fitment claims, side-by-side photographic proof demonstrating the grille profile against your factory truck bumper configuration.
- Resolution: If a claim is validated within the 48-hour window, Grille Pros Canada will issue a prepaid return shipping label and coordinate a priority replacement shipment at zero extra cost. Do not attempt an unauthorized installation of an item you claim is damaged.
5. Non-Refundable Items & Transactions
The following items are completely excluded from our return infrastructure and are categorized as final sales:
- Any grille that has been physically installed, painted, or modified by the customer.
- Items purchased on clearance, promotional markdowns, or liquidation sales.
- Orders currently subject to open, unmediated payment disputes or bank chargebacks.
6. Refund Processing and Financial Timelines
- Warehouse Inspection Audit: Once your return package arrives at our processing hub, please allow 3 to 7 business days for our technical staff to inspect the grille and confirm it satisfies our product condition standards.
- Monetary Clearance: If approved, your refund (minus the 20% restocking fee and original shipping costs) will be issued directly back to your original payment method.
- Banking Delays: Card issuers and banking networks generally require 5 to 10 business days to clear and post the credit balance to your account statement. Grille Pros Canada has no control over banking institution processing delays.
7. Return Authorization Protocol
Do not ship packages back to our warehouse without prior authorization. Unsolicited shipments will be refused at the loading dock and returned to sender at the courier's maximum rate. To open a formal return file, please follow this process:
